Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of IT projects across E-commerce-, Retail Sales- and Omnichannel platforms
- Own end-to-end execution: scope, timeline, budget, and outcomes
- Coordinate across business (Ecom, Marketing, Customer Service), IT, and external partners
- Manage RAID logs, dependencies, and delivery milestones with full transparency
- Challenge solutions and vendors to ensure business value and architectural fit
- Drive structured reporting and clear escalation to senior stakeholders
- Ensure alignment across digital channels, customer data, and order processes
