Scrum Master
to provide services within an Agile delivery environment in Spain.
The role is responsible for facilitating the Scrum framework, ensuring the correct application of Agile principles and practices, and addressing impediments that may impact team progress.
The Scrum Master will operate in close coordination with Product Ownership and the development team, enabling effective communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including:
Daily stand-ups
Sprint planning
Retrospectives
Ensure alignment, focus, and progress tracking during team activities
Identify, manage, and follow up on impediments impacting delivery and productivity
