Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate IT delivery projects through the full SW lifecycle
- Manage relationship with business users from multiple areas and regions across the organization
- Manage projects budget, track actuals against budget
- Translate business requirements to functional and technical solutions aligned with IT application and architecture teams
- Manage relationship with existing IT suppliers/partners on a day‑to‑day basis, track supplier/partner performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience as IT Delivery Manager for software development (complete lifecycle) in Mainframe/Microfocus (Cobol/CICS/DB2) environments
- Knowledge of investment funds and asset management functional domains
- Team leadership and mentoring skills. Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a well performing team
