**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
Provide Project Management support to a global software packaging team
Lead daily meetings and assign tasks based on customer requirements
Guide the team in resolving technical issues
Gather requirements and manage user expectations
Lead the analysis, estimation, and approvals of multiple projects
Maintain metrics and reports for management
Supervise governance meetings
Provide leadership during escalations
**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Availability to assist at least once per week to the office (Santa Fe)
- Proficiency in Conversational and written English
- Solid experience in project management, 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Graduation in areas related to project management, PMP certification (is a plus) or other relevant certifications.
- Skills in leading multidisciplinary teams for project success.
