**Project Management**: Lead all phases of the IT carve‑out, including assessment, separation design, build, migration, cutover, and stabilization.
Ensure alignment with TSA requirements and partner expectations.
**Stakeholder Engagement**: Drive alignment between global IT, LATAM business teams, SAP leads, external partners and business stakeholders.
Manage communication, decisions, and project governance across workstreams.
**SAP S/4HANA Implementation**: Oversee SAP design decisions for the separated entity, including org structure, master data split, interfaces, and reporting.
Lead SAP migration and cutover activities to ensure operational continuity along with Enterprise Application team and Application Management Services partners
**Infrastructure Setup**: Coordinate and manage all infrastructure-related aspects of the project working closely with Global Network Manager
