Responsibilities
- SPOC (Single Point of Contact):
- Responsible for receiving client IT demand.
- Execute tasks related to System & Infrastructure & Cloud Administration, with support from DVT technical pillars.
- Assign specialized requests to DVT technical structures.
- Track all requests.
- Prepare activity reports.
- Ensure quality of deployed service.
- Act as interlocutor with client and various DVT technical structures.
Location
Primarily remote, with occasional on‑site visits to Alicante: once per week, bi‑weekly, or monthly as agreed with the client.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9:00‑18:00 (1 hour lunch break).
