IT Project Manager - Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile values and principles.
• Facilitate productive Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Support Product Owners to manage the backlog and maximise value for the team.
• Remove blockers and impede work progress.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to improve and support the scaling of Agility within the bank.
• Foster a safe and trusting team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of hands‑on experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the financial industry.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Scrum/Agile values and principles.
• Good knowledge of end‑to‑end business process in Consumer/Corporate Banking's Channels.
• Strong team coach and mentor, strong team player in the wider Agile community.
