- Lead projects from kickoff, planning, execution, go‑live to final handover.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal technical teams, operations teams, and management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations on project scope, timeline, risks, and changes.
- Conduct project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, track follow‑ups, and ensure closure.
