Coordinate project activities with global and local teams

Manage task planning and scheduling (work plan, dependencies, resource alignment)

Track and report progress, risks, issues, decisions, and status

Organize and document key meetings (minutes, actions, follow-ups)

Coordinate cutover planning and hypercare (if in scope)

Profiel

Strong IT background with experience in deployment, infrastructure support or IT project delivery.

Good knowledge of Windows environments, hardware deployments, software installation and basic networking.

Experience working in customer-facing and multi-stakeholder environments.

Organized, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Fluent English is mandatory; French and/or Dutch required.

Mobile and willing to travel across Belgian sites when needed....
