Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of the Project Manager to manage and oversee multiple projects
- Track and ensure timely completion of tasks and tickets
- Communicate with clients and third-party vendors regarding scope of work and timelines
- Organize and schedule on-site and remote projects
- Assist in creating and updating policies and procedures for Procurement and Project teams
- Coordinate travel for Installation Technicians
- Collaborate with the Procurement Coordinator to monitor ordered parts
Requirements
- 1-2 years of project coordination experience in an IT environment
- Experience in an MSP environment is highly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
