Role Summary

This role is a hybrid between a Project Coordinator and an IT Consultant — versatile, execution-focused, and able to bring best practices to the table as a change agent. ServiceNow is treated as BMO’s core “digital product,” and this position exists to keep its backlog, initiatives, and governance moving effectively. The individual will act as the liaison between ITSM process owners (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change — and other groups within Chris Quinlan’s organization, treated as “business”) and the ServiceNow platform engineering team, and at times other technology teams.
