It Project Analyst - Coporate Loans Tech

The IT Project Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team.

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new projects and enhancements to existing corporate lending systems.
- Improve process efficiencies in support of unit objectives and recommend new work procedures
- Ensures resource gaps are addressed as a priority to avoid business service disruption
- Support quality and control function, including performing risk assessments/tests and evaluating process procedure changes
- Work as a team to achieve objectives and solve problems based on analysis of information
- Facilitate comunication between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations.
