Overview

Position: IT Program Risk Manager. Location: St. Paul. Telework eligible for Minnesota or bordering states. Temporary (1‑year) position with full state fringe benefits.

Salary: $37.07–$61.14 per hour; $77,402–$127,660 per year.

Supports large, complex, high‑impact IT initiatives across the Department of Children, Youth, and Families.

Telework

Eligible for applicants residing in Minnesota or a bordering state within 50 miles of the primary location. Telework arrangements may be adjusted based on business needs.

Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and business partners to identify, analyze, and manage risks related to application implementation, system integration, and service delivery.
