IT Program Manager

Job Summary

You will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, high‑impact IT programs across Enterprise Architecture, Global Functions (HR, Legal, Compliance), and the SAP Center of Excellence, based in Bogotá, Colombia. The role operates at the center of a global, matrixed environment, bringing together stakeholders, teams, and partners to drive alignment, deliver enterprise‑wide initiatives, and ensure programs are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with business and technology strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex IT programs across Enterprise Architecture, Global Functions, and the SAP COE portfolio.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, success criteria, and value realization metrics in partnership with business and IT leadership.
