Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Product Manager to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City and is a hybrid position requiring presence at least three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, implement, and support technology solutions for the Business Resiliency Management Department.
- Partner with business leaders to identify needs, define process requirements, system specifications, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Develop and configure the applications used by the department (e.g., Salesforce/Fusion, Everbridge, PowerBI, Mobile App).
- Code, test, and debug software programs, meeting project plan goals.
- Promote updates to applications following the MMC System Development Lifecycle Methodology.
- Design and develop small technical modules independently.
- Assist in repairing coding problems and provide technical support to clients on escalated issues.
