Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Product Manager to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City and is a hybrid position requiring presence at least three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
Plan, develop, implement, and support technology solutions for the Business Resiliency Management Department. Partner with business leaders to identify needs, define process requirements, system specifications, and implement appropriate solutions. Develop and configure the applications used by the department (e.g., Salesforce/Fusion, Everbridge, Power BI, Mobile App). Code, test, and debug software programs, meeting project plan goals. Promote updates to applications following the MMC System Development Lifecycle Methodology. Design and develop small technical modules independently.
