Role Purpose
We are looking for an IT Sourcing Analyst to join our Global Sourcing team in Monterrey (Obispado).
This role is ideal for a detail‐oriented professional with experience in procurement or vendor management who wants to deepen their exposure to IT sourcing across software, hardware, telecom, and cloud services.
You will support end‐to‐end sourcing activities, working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross‐functional teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost‐effective procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support sourcing activities across IT categories, including software, hardware, telecom, cloud, and IT services
Assist in RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ), including documentation, bid analysis, and supplier comparisons
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, timelines, and technical specifications
Coordinate supplier onboarding, due diligence, and documentation processes
