We are looking for a rigorous and service-oriented IT Procurement Agent to support our technology operations. In this key role, you will act as the primary point of contact between internal IT teams and our suppliers, ensuring effective, compliant, and strategic procurement of IT equipment and software licenses.
Responsibilities
- Process purchases of equipment and licenses based on internal requests
- Select products that comply with established standards
- Ensure the accuracy of purchase orders
- Closely monitor orders with suppliers through to completion
- Manage delivery timelines, stock shortages, and back-order situations
- Keep internal clients informed on the status of their requests
- Recommend purchases based on inventory levels and estimated delivery times (ETA)
