Job Responsibilities:
1. Business expansion and solution sales
2. Develop new customers: Proactively identify and explore potential companies that require IT manpower outsourcing, high-end headhunting, and business process outsourcing through telephone sales, unfamiliar visits, LinkedIn, and industry events.
3. Consulting sales: Deeply understand the customer's business pain points (such as the urgent need for technical experts for project launch, high labor costs for IT infrastructure operation and maintenance), and provide a 'talent as a service' consulting solution.
4. Service promotion: Focus on promoting contract based services, including software development outsourcing, system operation and maintenance, Helpdesk support, and professional talent deployment for the financial/technology industry
