IT PMO - Technical knowledge mandatory

We're excited to announce an opening for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our IT Team at the Geneva HQ working across our Geneva team and remote sites in Italy, Belgium, Greece and India.

Reporting to the Vice President, you will lead the reporting and roadmap cycle, drive finance and procurement follow‑up, and prepare analysis and materials that leadership will use for C‑suite updates, vendor negotiations, and decision‑making. You will be instrumental in identifying areas for process improvement and collaborate closely with team members to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

• Own the weekly project reporting cycle and the weekly lookahead that sets priorities for the week and drives the director's follow‑ups with managers to clear roadblocks.
