• Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, users and business systems.
• Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Dynamics and other SaaS platforms.
• Support stores and offices with hardware, POS, networking and day-to-day IT operations.
• Coordinate the IT setup for new store openings across Europe.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, cybersecurity and access permissions.
• Coordinate external IT vendors and maintain IT documentation and standards.
