Role Mission
The IT Operations Support Admin is responsible for ensuring that Aplazo's technology environment operates securely, efficiently, and reliably. This role owns day-to-day IT Operations, including endpoint management, user support, networking, security tooling, and compliance-related activities. The adecuada candidate has strong technical expertise, experience in fintechs or high-growth startups, and a strong ownership mindset to lead IT Operations, improve processes, and deliver an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Support
- Provide technical support to employees across hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and productivity tools.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, access management, and asset recovery.
