Role Mission
The IT Operations Support Admin is responsible for ensuring that Aplazo's technology environment operates securely, efficiently, and reliably. This role owns day-to-day IT Operations, including endpoint management, user support, networking, security tooling, and compliance-related activities.
The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, experience in fintechs or high-growth startups, and a strong ownership mindset to lead IT Operations, improve processes, and deliver an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Support
Provide technical support to employees across hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and productivity tools.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, access management, and asset recovery.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, Wi-Fi, VPNs, printers, conference room technology, and business applications.
