What You Do
Infrastructure Stability

• 
  
• Support the development and delivery of the IF&IS stability roadmap, including change delivery quality and risk reduction initiatives
  
• Monitor and analyse the performance of IT infrastructure services — servers, networks, workplace, and applications — and proactively address potential issues before they become disruptions
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, drive root cause analysis for major outages, and develop action plans to prevent recurrence
