Key Responsibilities
The IT Operations Manager will provide overall leadership and accountability for the Infrastructure function, including the IT Infrastructure, IT Support, and Facilities Management teams. The role is responsible for establishing a high‑performing operating environment, ensuring service excellence, and driving initiatives that support the organisation’s strategic objectives.
Operational Leadership
- Lead and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the IT Infrastructure, IT Support, and Facilities teams.
- Ensure all functions operate efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with business priorities and service expectations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and governance frameworks that promote consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Foster collaboration across teams to create an integrated and service‑oriented Infrastructure department.
