We're looking for an IT Operations Manager to oversee .NET-based projects and manage offshore teams, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and smooth project execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations of .NET development and support projects
- Manage and coordinate offshore delivery teams for quality and timely outcomes
- Implement and maintain ITIL-based processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release)
- Drive governance, documentation, and process compliance
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and automation across delivery workflows
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of IT Operations or Delivery Management experience
- Strong understanding of ITIL, governance, and documentation standards
- Hands‑on experience managing .NET projects and offshore delivery models
