IT Operations Manager — Remote, Automation & Help Desk

TripleTen is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead and scale its IT function. You will manage the help desk team, own core IT processes, and drive automation throughout the business.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT operations leadership, strong skills in no-code automation tools, and experience with Google Workspace in a SaaS environment. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and competitive compensation.
