Description
BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time |On-site) IT Operations Manager in Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-site IT operations across 12 countries and 20 locations
- Administer network infrastructure, security standards, and on-premises systems
- Provide VIP technical support to senior management
- Support live events with real-time AV and streaming troubleshooting
- Manage enterprise vendors and contracts (Swisscom, Lenovo, Canon, etc.)
- Lead IT projects and ensure ServiceNow ITSM processes and SLAs
