IT Operations Lead - Team Leadership & Projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• With at least 4-5+ years of experience in IT-related roles, including system administration, network management, or IT support.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams
• Experience managing a team, including performance management and mentoring
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects with tight deadlines and competing priorities
