IT Operations Lead — Systems & Support

Link-Worldwide is seeking an IT supervisor in Isla Mujeres to manage daily IT operations within our HPS facilities. This role will involve ensuring seamless functionality of systems, networks, and providing technical support to users. An important aspect of this position also includes leading and mentoring our helpdesk technicians.

The ideal candidate should have supervisory experience within an IT department, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and cloud environments.
