IT Operations Lead: Microsoft 365, Entra ID & MSP Liaison

ARTO in Valencia, Spain, is seeking an Operations Lead to manage IT operations directly with the CIO and oversee the Microsoft stack for roughly 150 users. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in IT operations and a strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, fluent in both Spanish and English.

The successful applicant will also manage the operational relationship with the external Managed Service Provider and be responsible for maintaining documentation discipline. This role is critical for integrating best practices in technology management.
