Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and system‑related issues while meeting established service levels.
- Lead and support the IT team by managing workloads, providing coaching, monitoring performance, and fostering a high‑performing work environment.
- Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud services, endpoint devices, and security systems to ensure reliability and business continuity.
