IT Operations Lead — Global Support & Systems

Link-Worldwide in Apodaca, Nuevo León is seeking an IT Coordinator to oversee the planning of hardware and software resources. The role includes conducting risk analysis and providing technical support to U.S. offices while addressing process inefficiencies through IT solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a completed Engineering degree in IT, CSE, or SE, and at least 3–4 years of experience in a similar role. Advanced conversational English and a valid U.S. visa are essential.
