IT Operations & Infrastructure Specialist

RESORTCOM INTERNATIONAL MEXICO is looking for an IT Operations Specialist to oversee IT operations and infrastructure at the contact center. This role requires collaboration with the Systems Administrator, triage support and strong technical knowledge.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, excellent communication skills, and advanced knowledge of IT systems. The position may require travel 2-4 times per year to Las Vegas, NV.
