Responsibilities
- Provide desktop IT support to employees, including system installation, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring office peripherals, and managing user accounts and access permissions.
- Operate and maintain Windows and Linux physical and virtual servers, including deployment, routine health checks, patch management, data backup, and incident response.
- Troubleshoot network issues and perform basic configuration of routing and switching devices; requires NP-level networking knowledge.
- Manage IT assets, maintain operational logs and incident reports, and implement standardized IT operation procedures.
- Support R&D teams in setting up development environments; familiar with mainstream virtualization technologies, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting.
