About the Role
We are looking for a IT Operations Engineer to join our team and help deliver a smooth and secure technology experience for employees.
Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day IT support for employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues
- Assist with setting up and configuring laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and user accounts
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring employees have the right access from day one and that access is removed when needed
- Support patch management & vulnerability scanning. Keep endpoints, workstations, and servers up to date.
- Help maintain company devices by applying updates, patches, and basic security checks
- Support software and application management, including installation and access requests
