IT Operations (Cloud Support)

We are looking for a cloud support focused IT Operations Manager. Emphasis is on Azure and must be well seasoned in all Azure cloud operations aspects.

Responsibilities

• Key member of IT Operations team that manages TMLS IT infrastructure and services, including end‑user computing
• Manage and govern IT Infrastructure services provided by outsourcing partners and managed service providers as assigned including contracts and billing matters
• Manage or be involved in infrastructure related projects and solutioning such as tech refresh, upgrades, migrations and building new IT Infrastructure capabilities
• Part of the IT Operations team to perform daily BAU tasks such as managing incidents, fulfilment of Service Requests, Change Requests and Application Support.
