Overview
Provide Level 2 support for enterprise network infrastructure. Monitor, investigate, and respond to network incidents and service alerts. Troubleshoot issues across LAN, MAN, WAN, RLAN, wireless, firewall, load balancing, and optical environments. Perform problem determination and root cause identification across multiple network technologies. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to resolve technical issues. Contribute to the ongoing stability and resilience of a 24/7 network operations environment.
