We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Officer to provide day‑to‑day IT support, maintain network infrastructure, ensure system security, and support business applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, MacBooks, printers, email, internet, and other end‑user devices.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Support users with Microsoft 365, ERP, HRMS, Power BI, HubSpot, Salesforce/Shopify, and online meeting platforms.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, access points, and VoIP/IP phone systems.
- Perform first‑level support for Android and iOS devices, including email and application configuration.
- Assist with server room maintenance, UPS monitoring, cabling, and basic server monitoring/restarts.
