What you'll do at Fall Creek:

• Manage and troubleshoot network components including LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Manage vendors/providers.
• Local support on both Sites (Chillan primary and Santiago secondary).
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
• Perform system updates, backups, and recovery procedures.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
• Implement network security measures to protect data and resources.
• Assist in designing and deploying network enhancements and new solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users both in-office and remote.
