Qualifications
- Provide 2nd level support for network-related incidents and service requests (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN)
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from 1st level support within defined SLAs
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Manage and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, access points)
- Support configuration, installation, and upgrades of network infrastructure
- Collaborate with global IT teams and external vendors when required
- Contribute to documentation (network diagrams, procedures, knowledge base)
- Participate in IT projects (network expansion, security improvements, migrations)
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards
- Provide on-call support if required
