IT Manager

Minimum Requirements

1. Grade 12
2. IT Diploma/Degree
3. Networking, firewall, cyber security qualifications preferred
4. More than 5 years of experience in infrastructure
5. Experience managing a team
6. Experienced with: Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, VPN and remote-access services, Cybersecurity incident management, Virtualisation platforms, Network switches, routers and wireless networks

• Lead and develop the IT support team, ensuring high service standards and effective issue resolution.
• Oversee the administration, performance, security and availability of servers, networks and core infrastructure.
• Manage cybersecurity, including firewalls, endpoint protection, access controls, VPNs and incident response.
