This person will be responsible for ensuring a high level of operational stability and service delivery, supporting Helpdesk and Infrastructure teams to meet SLA targets and business expectations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to infrastructure specialists and IT support teams, acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues
- Design, review, and maintain IT infrastructure including network (LAN/WAN, firewall, Wi-Fi), cloud/hybrid connectivity, and supporting platforms, aligning with PPG standards
- Oversee infrastructure-related IT operations including incident management, problem management, change management, and service level management, focusing on infrastructure, network, and platform services
