Job Summary
The IT Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s technology function by developing and executing strategies that ensure reliable IT operations, secure and scalable technology infrastructure, data-driven decision-making, and digital innovation. The role oversees the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology services, enterprise systems, business intelligence, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies to support business growth and operational excellence. The IT Manager provides leadership to the IT department, manages technology resources, establishes governance and standards, and partners with business leaders to identify and deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
