Duties and Responsibilities:
- Grade 12
- IT Diploma/Degree
- Networking, firewall, cyber security qualifications preferred
- More than 5 years of experience in infrastructure
- Experience managing a team
- Experienced with: Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, VPN and remote-access services, Cybersecurity incident management, Virtualisation platforms, Network switches, routers and wireless networks
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the IT support team, ensuring high service standards and effective issue resolution.
- Oversee the administration, performance, security and availability of servers, networks and core infrastructure.
- Manage cybersecurity, including firewalls, endpoint protection, access controls, VPNs and incident response.
