SmartDocs, Inc. is a bootstrapped, profitable GovTech software company headquartered in Newtown Square, PA. For 16 years we have built procurement, spend management, and contract lifecycle software for U.S. public sector clients, including the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, the Ohio Turnpike, and the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. Our platform runs on Java/Spring, Angular, and MongoDB on Microsoft Azure, with deep SAP S/4HANA integration. We hold SOC 2 Type II, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701 certifications. We are roughly 100 people across the U.S. and India, with no external investors — we answer to our customers, not a board of VCs.
The role
You will run internal IT for a 100-person software company spanning India and the US — leading a small team that handles identity, laptops, networking, helpdesk, and SaaS administration.
