Opportunity
This is a role based in Bogotá, Colombia. The IT Manager (Colombia Hub) leads day‑to‑day IT service delivery for a multi‑skilled team of approximately 25 resources supporting Abbott’s Medical Devices business. Team members report to functional people managers; this role provides hub‑level direction through matrix leadership, prioritization, standards, and performance governance, to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant services. The manager partners with MDIT and site/business stakeholders to manage demand and capacity, drive continuous improvement, and develop talent across the hub in alignment with Abbott standards and regulatory requirements.
