IT Learning & Talent Development Lead

Novare is seeking a Talent Development Learning Partner in Metro Manila. This role is focused on creating and executing learning strategies and programs, especially in IT-related capabilities, to support the company’s vision of digital transformation. Responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis, designing training materials, and managing vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in training. Novare values innovation and aims to empower employees through effective learning interventions.
