This role focuses on the governance of technical documentation, the management of a SharePoint-based knowledge base, and the continuous improvement of the organization's AI Assistant (MIA). You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality knowledge management practices across global operations, helping both IT support teams and AI-powered services deliver accurate and consistent information.
