IT Junior Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple complex client projects (e.g., multi-module customizations for 3–4 clients).
• Mentor Associate Project Managers and Trainee Project Managers.
• Manage escalations and client relationships with Technical Leads and Managers.
• Report to Delivery Manager, collaborate with PMO for governance.
• Drive process improvements for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in banking or Fintech industry is a plus.

Skills

• Advanced project management skills, PMP or equivalent.
• Strong client-facing expertise and leadership experience.
